Water supply is installed either as a manifold home-run system using multilayer pipe or as a sequential polypropylene system, depending on the property. Drainage is installed with the required gradients and pipe diameters to prevent blockages in service. After installation, the system is pressure-tested at 8 bar to verify connection tightness.

Underfloor heating and radiators
Heating is designed for each property individually — underfloor heating, radiators, or a combination of both. Underfloor loops use PEX or multilayer pipe in spiral or serpentine layouts and connect through a manifold with thermostatic heads for room-by-room temperature control. Radiators use two-pipe or manifold layouts with thermostatic valves. Output and loop length are calculated from the property's heat loss for even heating and energy efficiency.

Boilers, water heaters and indirect hot-water tanks are installed with equipment selected for the property's heat load, including piping of heating and domestic hot-water circuits. All connections are checked for leaks before commissioning.

A complete inlet group includes the main shut-off valve, leak-protection system, flushable coarse filter, fine filter, pressure reducer, isolation valve and water-hammer arrestor. This protects the water system from mechanical impurities, pressure surges and emergency leaks, while extending the life of plumbing fixtures and household appliances.
