We handle individual tasks and complete system installation based on plans, layouts or the current condition of the property.
Water supply systems are installed either in a manifold home-run layout using multilayer composite pipes or in a sequential layout using polypropylene pipes, depending on the property. Drainage is installed with the required slopes and pipe diameters to prevent blockages during operation. After installation, the system is pressure-tested at 8 bar to verify the tightness of all connections.
Heating is designed individually for each property: underfloor heating, radiators or a combination of both. Underfloor heating is installed with PEX or multilayer composite pipe in spiral or serpentine layouts and connected through a manifold with thermostatic heads for room-by-room temperature control. Radiators are installed using two-pipe or manifold layouts with thermostatic valves. Output and circuit lengths are calculated from the property's heat loss to provide even heating and energy-efficient operation.
Boilers, water heaters and indirect hot-water cylinders are selected according to the property's heat load and installed with the required heating and domestic hot-water circuit pipework. All connections are checked for leaks before the system is commissioned.
A complete main water inlet assembly includes the main shut-off valve, leak-protection system, flushable coarse filter, fine filter, pressure-reducing valve, isolation valve and water-hammer arrestor. This setup protects the water supply system against mechanical contaminants, pressure surges and emergency leaks while extending the service life of plumbing equipment and household appliances.
